    This is the best 40 bucks I have ever spent. I have struggled with weight all my life and now finally I have a tool to help me put it under control. Tom's book has motivated me to get off the couch and get my body into shape. I have never ate so much in all my life ! Who would have thought, you can eat yourself thin ! Buy This Book Today ! It is the truth unplugged, no marketing, no pill pushing, no easy way out ! 40 bucks is nothing compared to what you will likely spend in fast food this week !

    I bought Burn The Fat last October and I’m now so low in body fat you can see the striations. I’ve often been lean in the past, but never like this. This is Brad Pitt in Fight Club low! I have a hip-bone skinfold pinch of 2.0 mm, which on the accumeasure chart = 4.5% body fat. I couldn’t be more pleased.
  3. Burn the fat, Feed the Muscle is probably the best book I’ve read in my life. Why would a guy who’s already dropped nearly 300 pounds want to buy and read a book about burning fat? Because I believe in constant and never-ending improvement.

    When I started Tom’s Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way… I turned 40 this year, so if anyone out there is thinking that you are “too old” – think again

    Tom Venuto's eBook is fantastic. It's based on very good science, a lot of personal experience and common sense info about diet, exercise and personal motiviation. It will basically teach you everything you need to know about getting into shape and losing fat, including how to calculate calorie requirements, how to eat better, tips for breaking fat-loss plateaus and training advice for adding muscle. I'm a huge fan of his and his articles and BTFFTM book are fundamental to not only my fitness knowledge, but also my training. I even lost my electronic copy once because my laptop crashed and Tom replaced it with his latest, updated version for free.

    When I started the program in September, I was 248 pounds with 24% bodyfat. My Body fat is now 12%. With Tom’s information, I have been able to lose 43 pounds – all of it fat. I also no longer spend $400 a month on supplements.
